“We” tend to get wrapped up in the drama of the negative experience, even after the energy of it is far gone and then tell that story over and over and thereby renew the energy of it. But, there is a point (and it’s a shift in perspective) where we understand higher/beyond the physical experience and we can move into Christ consciousness (or higher) and see the perfection.
The ego would like to keep us down in the drama as the victim and we hear its voice even now arguing for our own limitations. As we are still and investigate, we have the opportunity to see WHY we co-created this episode and “see the gift”. If we look deep enough we see it and how it always always benefits our evolution. I ain’t sayin’ this is an easy process….but, it can become something to look forward to and a way to move into clarity and a joyful life.
When my friends Dale Pathe and Shara Summers see that I’m drifting into the bog of my negative experience, they ask “Daniel, why did you create him/her to show up this way?”. I do my best to figure out what the benefit to my evolution would be from that situation. Soooo, the trick? Embrace the experience. Notice the emotions and the trigger. Investigate. Awaken.
